Artist Biography    

 Becky Makla began her Art career 25 yrs. ago as a Graphic Artist, working for "Homes and Land" Magazine in Tallahassee, Florida. In 1986, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and continued to study Art and Art History at Georgia State University and Atlanta College of Art. She focused on 2D in drawing and painting in pastel, acrylic and oils. Her studies included a broad range of style encompassing abstract to 3D realism. She studied with over 22 instructors, including Chris diMozio, a classical realist, who taught the 'old masters tradition' style of painting in oil.
